Refunds

Thirty days, and no questions.

If a plugin is not right for your site, you get your money back. This is how.

01

30 days, for any reason

If a plugin is not right for your site, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it or of an automatic renewal, and you will get the whole amount back, tax included. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not argue.

02

How to ask

Ask Paddle at paddle.net, using the details on your receipt. Paddle handles every order as our reseller and Merchant of Record. You can also write to us and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Our address is brandon@bsquared.software. Please include the email address you bought with, so we can find the order.

03

What happens next

The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Paddle processes it, and your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 working days.

Once a licence is refunded it is cancelled, so the plugin stops receiving updates and support. The code itself is free software and keeps working; we do not switch anything off on your site.

04

After 30 days

After 30 days we do not normally refund, but you can cancel at any time so the licence does not renew. If something has gone wrong on our side, such as a plugin fault we cannot fix or a charge you did not expect, write to us anyway.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
