Free software, and a licence that is only a licence.

The plugins are written and supported by B Squared Software Development Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17262958.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payment and handles returns. Your purchase is governed by Paddle's buyer terms as well as these terms.

Every plugin, free and Pro, is released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You may run, study, copy and change the code under that licence, and nothing in these terms takes any of that away.

What a paid licence buys is access: the Pro downloads, automatic updates and email support, for the number of sites your licence covers.

Each licence covers one plugin, for one site, five sites or an unlimited number of sites, as shown at checkout. A site is one WordPress installation; a staging or local copy of a covered site does not count as another site.

For as long as the licence is active you get the Pro download, every update we release, and support by email.

You pay the licence price shown at checkout, plus any VAT or sales tax Paddle is required to add. We take no commission on anything you sell or raise through the plugins, there is no paid support tier, and we do not put upsell banners in your dashboard.

Licences are yearly and renew automatically at the end of each year, so updates and support carry on without a gap. We will remind you by email before a renewal is taken.

If the renewal price is going to change, we will tell you at least 30 days before it is charged. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to us; the licence then runs to the end of the year you have paid for and does not renew.

When a licence ends, the plugin keeps working on your site. It simply stops receiving updates and support until it is renewed.

If a plugin is not right for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying or renewing, for any reason. How to ask is on the refunds page. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Support is by email, from the person who writes the plugins, on UK working days. We aim to reply within two working days. It covers installing, configuring and using the plugins and fixing their faults; it does not include building custom features for one site.

Please keep a backup of your site and test updates on a copy before applying them to a busy live site. We test every release, but we cannot test every combination of theme, plugin and host.

As the GPL itself says, the code comes without warranty, except where the law gives you rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with a licence is limited to the amount you paid for that licence in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue or data, or for indirect loss.

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. A change applies from your next renewal, not to a year you have already paid for.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
